Supply and delivery of small biological preparations to the National Department of Health for 2028–2030. Open-tender for biologics/pharmaceuticals; bidders should have GMP licenses and capability to supply public-sector biologics, with relevant registrations and compliance.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: ensure tax obligations; provide SARS PIN/TCS or tax clearance.
• Supplier registrations: Central Supplier Database (MAAA), VAT registration status.
• Corporate registrations: CIPC registration; where applicable, provide director information and, if a consortium/joint venture, separate TCS/registration for each entity.
• Bid documentation: complete SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1; sign PBD3/PBD3.1 (authorisation) and PBD4.1 (contract enquiries); Annexure A/B/C as required.
• B-BBEE: declare status and provide SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit for QSE/EME; 90/10 point system applies; provide supporting documents.
• Other: must sign SBD7 contract if awarded; invoices must meet Annexure B data requirements.
