HPE Server Infrastructure Upgrade And 5‑Year Support

Overview

Provision for a suitably qualified service provider to upgrade HPE server infrastructure and provide 5-year support. Open tender issued by ECSA in collaboration with PURCO SA; suitable bidders are service providers with proven HPE server infrastructure upgrade experience and the ability to meet PURCO SA/ECSA registration or participation requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HPE server infrastructure upgrades and 5-year support.
• Ability to provide end-to-end services (hardware, installation, configuration, lifecycle management, and SLA-backed support).
• Compliance with PURCO SA and ECSA registration/participation requirements (must be registered on PURCO SA; adherence to PURCO SA/ECSA processes).
• Willingness to access tender documents via PURCO SA (non-refundable fee of R1,150 incl. VAT) and participate in the information session if desired.
