The methodology should clearly outline all key tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement processes required for successful completion of the assignment. At a minimum, the approach should include: Introductory and inception meetings with the project team and key stakeholders;Review of all relevant project documentation and background materials;Development and submission of an inception report for approval;Script development and refinement based on stakeholder inputs;Storyboard preparation and presentation for validation prior to filming;Identification and selection of filming locations, interviewees, and case studies;Video production, filming, editing, and post-production activities;Stakeholder review and incorporation of comments on draft versions;Production and submission of the final approved video products.
