HYBRID SERVICES FOR MPUMALANGA PROVINCE STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

Overview

Hybrid services for Mpumalanga Province Stakeholder Engagement, including event management, AV production, live streaming, and related services, to deliver a one‑day hybrid stakeholder session (100–150 attendees) in Mpumalanga. Bidders should come from the events/AV production space with capability to plan, execute and support hybrid (on-site + online) delivery, including streaming, PA, cameras, staging, LED displays and audience-engagement features.

Requirements

• Detailed project plan with CVs for all key roles (Technical Director, Streaming Operator, Audio Engineer, Camera Operators x3 + assistant, Vision Mixer, Technical Assistant).
• Company profile, equipment inventory, and references for at least three similar hybrid events.
• Use interactive software for online attendees and provide a contingency plan for technical/power/network issues; minimum 50 Mbps upload/download; on-site setup by 19:00 and dry runs by 22:30 the day before.
• Compliance: valid CSD registration number; tax matters in order; BBBEE certificate or affidavit; SBD 4 disclosure; SBD 6.1 and SBD 7.1 completed; pricing schedule; prices inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Deliverables must align with GCC/contract requirements; merSETA may appoint multiple suppliers and is not obliged to accept the lowest bid.
• Preference point system: 80/20 with specific goals (BBEE ownership, gender, youth, PwD) demonstrated with documentary proof.

• Documents to submit: MerSETA pricing schedule (firm prices, VAT included), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 7.1, CSD number, BBBEE certificate/affidavit, tax clearance status.
• Pre‑qualifications: CSD registration; tax matters in order; fully completed Standard Bidding Documents.
