Implementation of a Learnership Programme in Land BankClosed

Overview

This RFQ seeks an accredited training provider to design, implement and manage the Occupational Certificate: Business Banking Practitioner NQF6 Learnership Programme at Land Bank (24 months) for 25 learners (5 employed, 20 unemployed). Bidders should be Accredited Service Providers with QCTO accreditation, experienced in learnership delivery, workplace-based learning, assessments/moderation, learner administration and reporting, and aligned to BBBEE targets.

Requirements

• Valid accreditation certificate/approval from the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO).
• Assessor and moderator registrations valid for the relevant qualification.
• Stage 1 mandatory compliance: evidence of accreditation, assessor and moderator registrations.
• Tax compliance measures: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD registration; good standing with SARS.
• National Treasury/vendor requirements: CSD registration (if no TCS).
• Submission on official bid forms; completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 and related disclosures.
• BBBEE: SANAS-certified certificate or sworn affidavit substantiating BBBEE status.
• Experience: demonstrated ability to design/implement 5+ NQF6 learnerships (preferred) with references; detailed learner portfolios, completion and outcomes.
• Programme design and delivery: end-to-end administration, workplace learning support, assessment/moderation, monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Confidentiality and compliance with POPI/FICA where relevant.
