Procurement of SD-WAN-VOIP-security services-server – network infrastructure and support solution for three years. Open-tender by King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality for IT/system integration with SD-WAN, VOIP, security, and server/infrastructure support; CIDB grading: N/A. Requirements

• Mandatory briefing: 19 August 2026, 10:00, Mthatha Town Hall (address provided in the advert).
• Compulsory site inspection and an 80/20 evaluation framework.
• Complete and submit MBD 1–9 and Annexures A–F; JV agreements if applicable; ensure all forms are fully completed.
• If the bid value exceeds R10 million, sign MBD 5 and provide required financial statements.
• Registration and pre-qualification: CSD registration, tax clearance, municipal rates statement (not in arrears), lease proof if property is leased, local content declarations.
• All bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and project name; submit before deadline. Bids late or non-responsive in criteria will be disqualified.
• Preferential procurement under PPPFA with Stage 1 Compliance and Stage 2 Functionality (minimum 70/100 to proceed). The tender may be withdrawn or parts awarded.
