• Mandatory: Consolidated CSD for JV; joint venture agreement (if applicable); complete Form of Offer and BOQ; valid public liability insurance (R5m+); attendance at compulsory site briefing; all documents in black ink with required initials.
• Functionality (Stage 1): demonstrate experience on building projects (max 35), client references (10), qualified site staff (CVs/qualifications) (15), plant ownership/lease (10), and financial viability (30); minimum 70% to progress. Specific-goal points (women/youth/PWD/Black) up to 20 points.
