Requirements

• CIDB registration: Grade 5 GB or higher (Mandatory)
• Active COIDA/insurance
• Proof of CSD registration; Consolidated CSD for JV parties (where applicable)
• Tax clearance with Tax Compliance Pin
• SBD forms: SBD 1, 4, 6.1 completed
• Completion of Form of Offer and Bill of Quantities
• Joint Venture Agreement (where applicable) including apportionment
• Public liability insurance (R3 Million+)
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (and MS Teams attendance screenshot)
• All parts completed in black ink; no correction fluid; corrections initialed
• Directors not listed on the Register of Defaulters and not employed by the State
• Minimum functionality threshold of 70%; Stage 1 evaluation (experience, client references, qualified staff, plant, financial viability)
• Stage 2: 80/20 pricing; specific goals points for targeted groups (Women, Youth, PWD, Black)
• Price all BOQ items and submit as part of the bid
