Overview

• Additional value-added modules (e.g., workflow automation, audit management, contract management, self-service) encouraged.
• Security: must be secure and POPIA/information-security compliant; suitable for SANAS governance needs.
• Solution should be configurable (not heavily customised) and capable of executive reporting (management, EXCO, Board).
• Vendor responses should include market intelligence, implementation approaches, and support models; cost indicators.
• Deliverables from responses: market analysis, refined requirements, defined ERP scope, input for an RFP.
