Overview

Implementation of the revised GRAP 104 for the 2025/26 financial year. King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality invites accredited service providers to bid (Open-Tender) to implement the revised GRAP 104 for the 2025/26 year; suitable for accounting/finance consultants with GRAP and municipal financial reporting expertise.

Requirements

• MBD forms (1–9) and Annexures A–F must be completed; non-compliance deems the bid non-responsive.
• If bidding as a JV, submit a comprehensive JV agreement and documents for all partners.
• Submit a latest municipal rates statement (not older than 3 months); lease arrangements require a valid lease.
• Bids will be evaluated on an 80/20 PPPFA basis; Stage 1 Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality (minimum 70/100) to proceed.
• Bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM 046/2025/26, and placed in the tender box; no hard copies; download documents online.
• Bid validity: 90 days.
