INCM Seeks Spectrum Analyser with Antenna Kits and Accessories

Overview

Procurement of one spectrum analyser (9 kHz–32 GHz) with antenna kits and accessories to support INCM's spectrum monitoring and management; suppliers of spectrum monitoring equipment, including manufacturers and vendors of test gear, are invited to bid. Budget: up to 200,000 MT.

Requirements

• Eligibility: national or foreign entities; bidders must be registered in the required public procurement cadastre and comply with INCM tender requirements.
• Bid security: provisional guarantee of 200,000 MT.
• Proposals validity: 120 days.
• Site visits: mandatory visits to INCM premises.
• Document access: tender documents available on UFSA Portal or from INCM for 2,500 MT; payment via Millennium Bim (bank details published in the notice).
