Overview

Income generating contract for provision of services for supply, installation, maintenance and operation of receptacles for the display of commercial poster and events poster advertisements, and management of advertising financial costs in eThekwini Municipality for 36 months. Suitable bidders include outdoor advertising providers with experience in street furniture, poster displays and related revenue management. Required registrations include being on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier database, plus standard tax/compliance clearances.

Requirements

• Be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and on the eThekwini supplier database.
• Provide Tax Compliance Status PIN or Tax Clearance; VAT status if applicable.
• Sign and submit all mandatory returnable documents (e.g., MBD 4, MBD 5 if over R10M, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9) and the Official Tender Form.
• Declare municipal fees status and provide account details; ensure no outstanding municipal debts.
• Complete Authority of Signatory and ensure pricing conforms to the Official Tender Form.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements; 37.2 OHSA agreement to be in place with the Supplier (as per Additional Tender Documents).

• Evaluation will apply the SCM/PPF Act framework with possible 80/20 or 90/10 preference, plus price and any applicable specific goals.
