Overview

This tender invites bids for an income-generating contract to provide tenant and facilities management for Human Settlements - Housing Administration (Rental Stock). The 36-month contract covers Rental Management System Administration, lease management, advertising, tenant vetting, arrears monitoring, and related ICT integration (SAP, mSCOA). Target bidders are experienced consultants in tenancy/facilities management for rental properties, with appropriate PPRA registrations and capability to support ICT integrations.

Requirements

• Valid PPRA registration for Property Practitioners Act 22 of 2019 and Fidelity Fund certificate.
• CSD registration: provide CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference Number.
• Tax compliance: valid Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Tax Compliance PIN.
• Team qualifications: Team leader with NQF 6/7 in Property studies/Real Estate/Property Management; provide CV and qualifications.
• ICT capability: Tenant management system must integrate with SAP; financials must be mSCOA-compliant.
• Completion of tender data sheets/annexures (including governing declarations) and submission in the prescribed format.
