Procurement of infrastructure maintenance and refurbishment at water and sanitation facilities for Saldanha Bay Municipality (01 July 2026 to 30 June 2029). Requirements

• CIDB requirement: contractor grading designation of 6CE or higher; proof to be attached (annexure 10).
• CIDB registration eligibility: joinable or already registered at 6CE+ (as per C1.2 and C2.1.3).
• Good standing: with Bargaining Council for the Civil Engineering Industry (BCCEI) at submission (annexure 11).
