Overview

Procurement of inspection services for a laboratory winch/jib (SWL 40 kg) including hook & tackle, to be inspected on-site at NMISA Rosebank. Bidders should be lifting-equipment inspection service providers with Dept of Labour approval/registration to perform inspections and load tests, able to provide a completed job card and timesheet, and to submit a compliant RFQ response by the stated deadline.

Requirements

• Include a BBBEE certificate if pricing exceeds R2,000. (Lab Winch RFQ.pdf)
