Overview

The RFQ seeks the installation and retrofit of radios and a rear-view camera system on the three AFRO4000 locomotives at PRASA Bloemfontein Rolling Stock Depot. Bidders with rolling-stock telecom installation/maintenance capability, ability to supply/instal cameras, and compliance with SARS/CSD requirements are invited. Requirements

• Mandatory documents and evidence: signed closing/submission register; Supplier/OEM camera data sheet and installation procedure for MMI radios; proof of relevant rolling-stock telecom experience; appointment letters and at least three reference letters. • Tax and supplier pre-qualification: valid SARS PIN; CSD registration number; completed RFQ documentation; if in a consortium, separate TCS for each party. (RFQ-10373248/Retrofit)
• Compliance and governance: no state servant conflicts; adherence to PPPFA 2022, GCC, and any special conditions; pricing in ZAR with taxes; integrity declarations (SBD4, SBD6.1).
