Overview

SAFCOL invites quotations for the Installation of 120sqm pavement at Simile Clinic – Sabie Nelspruit. Bidders should be experienced main contractors with CIDB 1GB or higher, and must provide SANAS-accredited or sworn BBBEE documentation, tax clearance, and registration (CSD). Scope includes site prep, levelling and brick laying, and related works.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; Phase 2 mandatory evaluation.
• COIDA (good standing) and tax clearance.
• BBBEE: SANAS-accredited certificate or sworn affidavit; JV certificates if applicable.
• Returnable docs: CK documents, full CSD report or MAAA number, IDs of directors, and 3 completion certificates for similar works.
• Financial capacity: bank statement (not older than 1 week) or funding proof.
• Local content and transformation goals (specific goals points applied in bid evaluation).
• Special conditions: prices inclusive of VAT; lowest offer not necessarily accepted; PO/ promissory note before delivery; RFQ validity 60 days.
• Phase 2 mandatory disclosures and Phase 3 price/specific-goals evaluation.
