Overview

Procurement of installation of 120sqm pavement at Simile Clinic – Sabie Nelspruit. Requirements

• Latest Tax Clearance and SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• CIDB registration: 1GB or higher; Local Municipality residency proof (Thaba Chweu).
• CSD registration (or register within 7 days of award); CK documents; IDs of directors.
• Returnable documents: 3 completion certificates/reference letters; COIDA good standing; financial capacity (recent bank statement or funding proof).
• Site/works specifics: Annexed BOQ; adherence to local content and targeted-enterprise goals (e.g., 51% Black Owned, 51% Black Youth Owned, 51% with disabilities).
• Special conditions: prices firm and VAT inclusive; no goods prior to official PO; lowest price not guaranteed; responses must align with SAFCOL procurement rules.
