  • Local residency requirement: bidder from Maruleng Local Municipality.
• Specific goals and local content:
  • 51%+ Black Owned (5 points); 51% Black Youth Owned (5); 51% Owned By People With Disabilities (10).
• Contract and operating conditions:
  • NEC4 Engineering and Construction Short Contract framework; adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements; project management and subcontracting rules; monthly reporting on secondary procurement objectives.
• Other: fully signed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, and returnable documents as specified.
