INSTALLATION OF 20KW GRID TIED PV SYSTEM SOLAR PANELS AT NG CDF OFFICE

Overview

The NG-CDF MVITA invites bids for the installation of a 20kW grid-tied PV system at the NG CDF Office. Contractors with NCA 8 Building Works certification should bid, alongside those with valid business registration, tax clearance, PIN, AGPO (PWD) where applicable, and other statutory documents listed in the tender docs. • Copy of Business/Incorporation certificate
• Valid Tax Compliance certificate
• PIN certificate
• NCA 8 Building Works certificate
• AGPO Certificate (PWD)
• CR12 from Registrar of Companies
• Copies of IDs of shareholders (for Business Names)
• Valid Business Permit
• Pre-tender Site Visit Certificate (signed/stamped)

• Submission method: sealed envelope tender in the NG-CDF MVITA tender box on the first floor or to NG-CDF MVITA, P.O. Box 43258-80100 Mombasa; can be hand-delivered, by registered mail, or courier. (DOCUMENT)
• Documents to submit: completed Tables A/B/C and Form of Quotation, evidence of eligibility (licences, registration, tax), AGPO, CR12/ID copies, NCA8, serialization, pre-tender site visit certificate. Prices must be in Kenyan Shillings and valid for 120 days. (DOCUMENT)
