Overview

The RFQ seeks the installation of burglar bars, computer tables and power skirting at Umlambo Primary School Amsterdam – Computer Centre. It is a Construction Tender aimed at capable contractors with CIDB 1GB or higher, who can deliver electrical and building works for a school computer centre, with requirements for CSD and tax clearance, and BBBEE verification; local content and targeted employment goals apply.

Requirements

• CIDB: registration 1GB or higher; Electrical/Building capability as appropriate.
• Pre-qualification documents: CSD registration, tax clearance, CK documents, BBBEE verification (SANAS accredited) or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE; ID copies of directors.
• Completion proof: attach 3 completion certificates for similar works.
• Health and safety: valid COIDA good standing; signing and adherence to health and safety requirements.
• Local/transformation: proof of residence or operating address within the relevant municipality; compliance with local direct employment and targeted procurement goals; engagement of Targeted Enterprises.
• SBD documents: complete and return all SBD forms; sign the offer.
• Additional: ensure compliance with SAFCOL’s supplier code of conduct; bid data (fee percentage) must be provided in contract data ( NEC4 context).

• Documents to submit: fully completed RFQ; SBD forms; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; CK documents; CSD or MAAA number; ID copies of directors; three completion certificates; tax clearance.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: CIDB 1GB+; CSD registration; SARS tax clearance; SANAS-accredited BBBEE documentation.
