Requirements

• CIDB registration 1GB or higher; relevant electrical/building capabilities
• Valid COIDA/Good Standing and COID registration
• CSD registration and SARS tax clearance
• B-BBEE verification certificate (SANAS) or EME/QSE sworn affidavit
• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, company CK documents, ID copies of directors
• Financial capacity: bank statement within a week of closing or proof of funding
• Proof of three completion certificates or signed reference letters for similar works
• Adherence to local-content/transformation targets (local employment and enterprise development) and reporting requirements
• Evaluation combines Price and Specific Goals (80/20); specific goals include 51% Black Ownership, 51% Black Youth Ownership, and 51% ownership by People with Disabilities
