Installation of Galvanized Banner Frames for Outdoor Advertising at Iziko Slave Lodge FacadeClosed

Overview

The RFQ seeks the installation of galvanised banner frames for outdoor advertising at the Iziko Slave Lodge façade. Qualified service providers with design, manufacturing and installation capabilities for galvanised steel frames on heritage buildings, and with OH&S and relevant supplier registrations, are invited to bid. The scope covers 6 frames on 3 façades, with full design, manufacture, delivery, erection and secure fixing.

Requirements

• Install 6 frames (2 front, 2 side, 2 back) and design, manufacture and install all components; frames raised 100 mm for mouldings.
• Heritage building site; OH&S compliance and a Health & Safety file; include costs for cherry picker/scaffolding.
• Provide Central Supplier Database report, detailed VAT-inclusive pricing, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, signed RFQ, valid tax certificate/pin, completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, proof of similar completed work, and confirmation of a 3-year warranty.
• Pricing must be by Table 5 and valid for 90 days; delivery period to be proposed by bidder.
• Preference points: 80/20 system (price vs specific goals), with HDI/race-based goals as applicable.
• All submissions must be compliant to Iziko’s procurement policies.
