INSTALLATION OF NEW OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED BUILDING GLASS OF DIFFERENT SIZES TO VARIOUS PROPERTY OF MOSSEL BAY MUNICIPALITY

Overview

Procurement of installation of new or replacement of damaged building glass of different sizes to Mossel Bay Municipality properties for a 3-year contract. Bids are invited from SAGGA-registered glaziers with CIDB 4SG+; bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and meet SARS tax and local requirements. The contract runs 01 July 2027–30 June 2030 and requires a 120-day bid validity; documents are obtainable for a fee or free from Mossel Bay.

Requirements

• SAGGA-registered glazier with proof
• CIDB registration 4SG or higher
• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (Tax clearance)
• Service agent/representative located within Mossel Bay MUNICIPAL area
• Completion of required bid documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD5, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and any JV agreements if applicable
