Overview

The RFQ seeks the installation of nine network points and two stainless-steel data poles at a Durban building, to be performed by suitably qualified IT/network installers. Bidders should have CAT6 cabling and data-pole installation capability, and be prepared to provide mandatory compliance documents (CSD registration, SARS tax status, SBDs, BBBEE evidence) as part of the bid.

Requirements

• Evidence of registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliant SARS tax status (PIN).
• Signed and completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1.
• Company profile and three reference letters relevant to the scope (on letterhead, dated, ≤5 years old).
• BBBEE documentation (BBBEE certificate or affidavit) and supporting documents (CSD, owner IDs, lease/Municipal, etc.).
• Tax compliance measures and, if applicable, proof of TCS PIN or CSD number; and no bids from persons/state employees.
