Overview

Open tender to install and complete cabro paving (60mm) in a 1,750 square metre school assembly grounds at MVita Primary School. The works require NCA registration class 7+ (or above) and a valid set of local registrations; eligibility is open to qualified contractors with the appropriate permits. A mandatory pre-tender site visit is scheduled for 29 July 2026 at MVita Primary.

Requirements

• Mandatory documents to submit with bid: Certificate of Incorporation; valid National Construction Authority license (class 7+); PIN/VAT; tax compliance certificate; CR12 (last 9 months); ID/Passport copies of directors; Single Business Permit; Form of Tender; Confidential Business Questionnaire; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; serialise all tender pages; Pre-tender Site Visit Certificate (MVita NG-CDF MVita).
• Qualifications: Similar previous experience; CVs for professional/technical personnel; proof of financial capacity; no canvassing; compliance with anti-corruption and conflict-of-interest rules.
• Other: Tender security of 100,000 KES; bids in Kenyan Shillings and valid for the stated period; adhere to NCA registration before award; foreign inputs rules (min. 40% local content where applicable); adherence to all tendering, evaluation, and contract rules.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents for non-refundable fee of 1,000 KES (cash) or download from tenders.go.ke; documents signed/stamped by the Fund Account Manager when brought in (MVita Primary DOC). (MVITA PRIMARY DOC)
• Site visit: mandatory on 29 July 2026, 9:30–10:00 at MVita Primary; obtain certificate and bring to bid.
• Submission: Duly completed tender in a sealed envelope, marked with tender number NGCDF/MVT/025/2025-2026; deposit in the NG-CDF MVITA tender box (first-floor) or send to P.O. Box 43258-80100, Mombasa; bids must be received by 3 August 2026 at 10:00 (MVITA PRIMARY DOC). Electronic submission not permitted.
