Period of assignment/services: 60 workdays between November 2026 and January 2027 (with field mission to Cabo Verde- Santiago, Boa Vista, Santo Antão). Disqualification / Rejection of Offers Offers not submitted through Quantum, or submitted using incorrect credentials, will be disqualified.For Individual Contract requirements, applicants must submit offers using their personal Quantum vendor profile and credentials.
