Disqualification / Rejection of Offers • The name of the vendor indicated in Quantum must match exactly the name shown in all supporting documents (e.g., proposal, financial offer, legal registration). • Offers submitted under a company name in Quantum but bearing the name of an individual contractor in the documents (or vice versa) will be rejected.
