INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR THE PROVISION OF VPN AND INTERNET SERVICES

Overview

Provision of VPN and Internet Services for the Department of Immigration (DoICS) over a 12-month period. Bids are invited from eligible ICT/networking bidders to supply VPN and Internet services under Open Tendering (Malawi Act No. 7 of 2025). Lot 1 covers VPN and Internet provisioning; closing 12 November 2026 at 10:00 local time, Blantyre. A full Bidding Document in English may be purchased for MK20,000 non-refundable at the Accounts Cash Office (Room 63). Documents may be inspected and bids submitted at the Procurement and Disposal Unit (Room 63), P.O. Box 331, Blantyre. Bids will be opened in the Conference Room in the bidders’ presence. Requirements

• Eligible and qualified bidders under Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act No. 7 of 2025 and Procurement Regulations of Malawi.
• Bidding documents in English; payment of MK20,000 for the bidding document.
• Delivery of bids to Room 63 by 12 November 2026 10:00 local time.
• Ability to provide VPN and Internet services as described in Lot 1.

• Obtain bidding documents by paying MK20,000; see Room 63 for collection and submission of bids; payment receipt required.
• Bids inspection hours: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–16:00, Mon–Fri.
• Pre-qualifications: Eligible under Act No. 7 of 2025.
