Overview

The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources seeks a service provider to deliver Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control and Boardroom Support Services at DMPR's Trevenna Campus, Pretoria, for 36 months. Bidders should have facility-management capability to service about 14,213 m², provide 20 on-site personnel (18 cleaners, 2 supervisors) with relievers, and hold required registrations and verifiable references.

Requirements

• 20 cleaners/2 supervisors and relievers; on-site supervisor; branded uniforms and PPE.
• Use of SABS-approved, eco-friendly products; adherence to OHSA and daily/weekly/monthly service schedules.
• Mandatory registrations: DALRRD pest-control/fumigation, COIDA good standing, UIF, Public Liability, and cleaning-industry body membership (e.g., NCCA/BEECA).
• Service delivery between 06:30–15:00, Mon–Fri; after-hours by prior arrangement; total scope 14,213 m².
• Evaluation via 4-stage process (Gate1 mandatory, Gate2 admin, Gate3 functional); minimum 70%; requires five reference letters for spaces >10,000 m² (with PO/contract proofs).
