Overview

Requirements

• Complete and sign SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 and Pricing Schedule (Annexure A); include a company profile.
• Compliance with OHSA and safety/quality measures; security screening may be required; confidentiality/NDA obligations.
• Provisions for on-site supervision, trained personnel, and adherence to on-site safety and environmental standards.
