Overview

The procurement is for Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control and Boardroom Support Services for the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources’ Gauteng Regional Office. The contract covers cleaning of about 3,054 m² across four floors, pest control, hygiene replenishment, and boardroom support for 36 months. Bidders should have proven office-cleaning experience, OH&S compliance, and capacity to deploy 3 cleaners + 1 supervisor plus on-call relievers. Mandatory registrations include DALRRD pest-control registration, COIDA, UIF, Public Liability insurance, and membership with a recognized cleaning body (NCCA/BEECA). Requirements

• Valid registration for Office Pest Control and Fumigation with DALRRD.
• COIDA and UIF registrations with good standing.
• Public Liability insurance.
• Membership with a recognized cleaning industry body (NCCA/BEECA).
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or CSD; separate TCS for consortia.
• Complete and sign SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1 and Annexure A pricing; provide a company profile.
• Demonstrated experience with cleaning/hygiene/pest control for spaces >3,000 m²; include reference letters and PO/Contract proofs.
• Staffing: on-site team of four (3 cleaners + 1 supervisor); on-site supervisor and relievers.
• OH&S and security: OH&S plan with MSDS; PPE; induction; security vetting; confidentiality.
• SLA, project plan, and monthly payment arrangements.
