Overview

The iSimangaliso Wetland Park Authority invites tenders for the Re-gravelling and blading of various Park Access Roads in St Lucia (RFP08-2026). Requirements

• CIDB contractor grade at least 6CE or higher; joint ventures must meet lead partner and combined designation criteria.
• Compulsory briefing session attendance; attendance at site inspection is mandatory.
• All returnable forms, SBDs and supporting annexures completed, signed and witnessed in black ink.
• Bidder must demonstrate capacity with heavy plant/equipment (proof of ownership or hire).
• Evaluation: 75% minimum on functionality; criteria include experience, qualified staff, methodology, programme, and plant capacity; overall process follows PPPFA 2022 80/20.
• Site clarification meeting details and that tender documents are issued digitally after clarifications (via Dropbox link).
