Disposal and sale of TelOne’s recovered copper cables to registered copper-licensed bidders. TelOne (Private) Limited invites tenders for the disposal of recovered copper cables on an “as is, where is” basis. Viewing is 0900–1600hrs at listed stations; lots cover underground, aerial, drop wire and MDF cables. Bids are USD-denominated and award follows the highest unit price subject to minimum LME-price benchmarks (Lot 1: 46% of LME; Lots 2–5 specify minimum percentages). Bidders must be copper-licensed with demonstrable use of recovered copper; Zimbabwean bidders get a 10% domestic preference. Bid validity is 60 days from submission.
