Overview

This tender invites qualified local bidders to participate in a framework agreement for the rental of All-in-One Colour Printers (MFP) with toners and consumables, under a Managed Print Services model. The MOF intends to appoint one service provider for a 12-month framework with call-offs up to 3 years, for up to 50 MFP units (printing 1200 black/white and 300 colour pages per unit per month).

Requirements

• Minimum annual turnover of Rs 1,000,000 in at least one of the last 3 years.
• At least 1 year of experience providing similar MFP rental services.
• Experience in at least one rental contract involving at least 10 printers in the last 5 years.
• Details and qualifications of at least two ICT-related key personnel (min total 5 years ICT experience; one must be a diploma holder with ≥3 years ICT experience).
• Disclosure of past litigation history; repeated issues may affect eligibility.
• Submit: Form of Bid, Bid Securing Declaration, Priced Activity Schedule, scanned incorporation documents, proof of registration, principal place of business, and certified financial statements (last 3 years).
• Demonstrate ability to supply, install, and maintain 50 colour MFPs; include SLA and maintenance capabilities.
• Required licenses: Business Registration Card and valid Trading License.
• Compliance with integrity and anti-corruption obligations; JV rules if applicable.
• Bid Security (as per the Bid Securing Declaration) and that alternative bids are not allowed.
• Tax considerations: Tax Clearance Certificate may be requested before award (via MRA portal).

• Submission method: Bids deposited in the Ministry of Finance Bid Box, 14th Floor, Newton Tower, Port Louis (Mauritius).
