Overview

Invitation to register on the database panel of service providers for specialized services in the field of communications for a period of 36 months. Requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide a CSD report or company registration certificate.

• Demonstrate traceable references: verifiable appointment letters or purchase orders worth at least R50,000 each in the last 10 years (minimum two; up to three for higher points).
• Financial viability: bank rating not older than 12 months; ratings A/B = 20 points, C = 15, D = 5.
• Returnable documentation: complete ALL Municipal Bid Documents (MBD), certified ID copies for directors, bank details, municipal accounts or approved affidavits where applicable, and proof of SARS/Tax status.
• Categories on the panel: A Marketing & Communications, B Branding, C Media Relations & Buying, D Project & Events Management, E Research/Concept Development & Survey Services.
• Compliance with general and special contract terms (confidentiality, IP rights owned by ADM, skill transfer, non-competition, etc.). Assignments are on a per-need basis; no guaranteed work.
