Overview

The Border Management Authority seeks a service provider to supply a software development team/resources for software development services for a period of three years. Open to accredited service providers with the capability to deploy dedicated development teams (roles such as Project Manager, Senior/Junior Developers, DBAs, Testers) and to meet tax, supplier database, and BBBEE requirements. Submissions are via the e-Tender portal; briefing is on 03 Aug 2026 (MS Teams); closing date is 20 Aug 2026 at 11:00.

Requirements

• Accredited service provider able to furnish a software development team per the TOR.
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN/TCS or, if on CSD, a CSD number; ensure tax matters are in order; and not in state service.
• Registration: register on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and supply CSD number; declare on the CSD status form.
• BBBEE: submit active BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; and complete the BBBEE-specific points form.
• Complete and sign official bid forms: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (Pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1, plus Authority to sign.
• Include company resolutions for signing tender documents; comply with PFMA/treasury rules; avoid fronting.
