INVITATION TO SUBMIT AN OFFER FOR PURCHASE, COLLECTION AND REMOVAL OF SCRAP 1 X MVA TRANSFORMER AT SEBOKA ON A ONCE-OFF AGREMENT

Overview

Purchase, collection and removal of scrap 1 x 10MVA transformer at SEBOKA Substation under a one-off agreement. This asset-disposal opportunity targets bidders capable of safe dismantling, transport, site clearance and environmental compliance, including scrap-metal buyers, asset-disposal specialists, rigging/haulage contractors and hazardous-waste transporters with OHSA/IOSH-SHEQ credentials.

Requirements

• Relevant registrations and certifications (tax clearance, SARS; CSD registration; BBBEE affidavit or verification; secondhand goods certificate).
• Compliance with Eskom Standard Conditions of Tender and SHEQ requirements (OHS plan, BRA, COID good standing, SHE policy, competency records).
• Ability to provide method statement, technical inventory, and safety plans; adherence to site access rules and oil-spill rehabilitation requirements.
• Non-sub-contracting of 100% of the scope; eligibility to bid per tender data; no state-employment conflicts.
• Bid security/returnables as listed (Integrity Pact, SBD4, Annexure A, E-auction training acknowledgment, etc.).
