Overview

The procurement is for the purchase, collection and removal of scrap conveyor belts at Kusile and Kendal Power Stations for a 36-month contract. Requirements

• Eskom eligibility: not under any restriction to do business with Eskom or State-Owned Companies.
• Tax and B-BBEE: Valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate and B-BBEE Verification Certificate; COID good standing; CSD registration; copies of directors’ IDs.
• Returnables (as per tenderDoc): Offer to Purchase form; Secondhand goods certificate from SAPS/licensee; SBD 4; Integrity Pact; Declaration of Fair Tendering Practices; CIPRO registration; proof of CSD registration; COID/COID good standing; Declaration of Fair Tendering; technical inventory and method statement.
• Compliance documents: Annexure B acknowledgement of Eskom OHS rules; Contractor Health and Safety Requirements (32-136); Life-Saving Rules; implementation of Eskom SHE policies.
