Overview

Invitation to purchase water damaged inventory items (RFQ 165-2026) issued by the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator. Bidders should be capable of complying with central supplier database (CSD) registration, tax and BBBEE requirements, and be prepared to quote on listed office consumables from a damaged stock pool.

Requirements

• Price valid for 30 days, firm and VAT inclusive.
• Indicate a firm delivery period.
• Evaluation: 80 points for price; 20 points for specific goals (youth-owned 10; black-owned 5; SMEs 5).
• Bidders must be on CSD with a CSD number.
• Submit certified ID copy, CSD full registration report, BBBEE certificate or BBBEE sworn affidavit, and CIPC documents.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); if no TCS PIN, provide CSD number; separate TCS certificates for consortia.
• Late bids will not be considered.
• Mandatory briefing session (see attached document).
