Overview

Appointment of a panel of HVAC repairs and maintenance service providers for ARC-TSC and ARC-GC campuses for five years (60 months). The ARC invites suitably qualified HVAC service providers to deliver ad hoc repairs and ongoing maintenance, with up to ten providers per cluster/site; responders must meet ARC’s compulsory technical/regulatory requirements (e.g., valid Wireman’s license, SARACCA membership, Department of Labour good standing, CIDB EB/ME grade 1+, SARS tax PIN, CSD registration, and completion of Standard Bidding Documents).

Requirements

• Valid and certified copy of Wireman’s license
• SARACCA membership certificate
• Department of Labour good standing
• CIDB EB or ME grade 1 and above
• SARS Tax PIN
• CSD registration (not older than 3 months)
• Complete and sign all SBD forms
• Certified company registration documents (CK certificate)
• Minimum completion letters/certificates for HVAC work (3 letters) including client details and values

• Submission method: electronic submissions via e-Tenders; two complete documents (one original proposal/technical and one for financial proposal)
• Documents to complete/submit: Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs), Tax Clearance, CIDB registration, CSD, BBBEE documentation, completion letters, SARACCA, Wireman’s license, and company registration certificates; pricing to be provided in the SBD 3.3 Pricing Schedule
