Overview

The Majuba TVET College invites bids for the supply, delivery and off-loading of welding machines and welding simulators for the Newcastle Training Centre. Two tender items are listed: NTC 26/02 C (welding machines) and NTC 26/05 O (welding simulators) (Advert for Welding Machines and Simulators.pdf).

Requirements

• Bid on the official Bill of Quantities and complete all information as stipulated.
• Use the issued tender documents; submit in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box.
• Ensure the envelope is addressed with the topic and reference number; include the quoting company name and address on the back.
• Submit all information requested to qualify for the next evaluation round.
• No late tenders will be accepted; documents issued only on payment.

• Pay to Majuba TVET College, ABSA Bank, Acc no: 4058480028, Branch 632005; provide banking details as listed.
• Submit bids in the Tender Box at Majuba TVET College Central Office, 83 Allen Street, Newcastle, 2940; documents must be in a sealed envelope.
• Clarifications close 20 July 2026 at 10:00; Tender Closing date 20 July 2026 before 12:00.
