Overview

Procurement of the design, development, implementation, support and maintenance of the Border Management Authority Administrative Fines Management System for 36 months, with a 24-month renewal option based on performance. The bid targets service providers with enterprise software development, systems integration and project delivery capabilities, including hardware provisioning for 600 handheld devices and 300 portable printers. Requirements

• Proven experience in designing/implementing complex, enterprise-level management systems (preferably AFMS or similar public-sector projects).
• Ability to supply and deploy the specified hardware: 600 handheld devices and 300 portable printers.
• Compliance: tax (SARS PIN/TCS where applicable), registration on Central Suppliers Database (CSD), BBBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit), authority to sign on behalf of the company, and no state-service conflicts.
• Adherence to bid conditions: e-tender submission, GCC, SBD forms, and bid validity (120 days).
• Compliance with anti-fronting/local-content rules and other regulatory requirements as outlined in the ToR. (see pricing and forms in the attached document)
