Overview

SAMSA invites quotations for the removal of 2 old air conditioners, supply of 3 new air conditioners, and quarterly servicing and maintenance of 8 air conditioning units at the SAMSA Mossel Bay Office for 36 months. Bidders should have HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance capabilities, with technicians qualified and registered where required, and meet COIDA tax/compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
• At least one technician on site who is appropriately qualified and registered (CV, qualifications, and registration proof required; on-site technician must be the one performing the work)
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for consortiums/joint ventures; if no TCS, provide CSD
• Compliance registrations: CSD, CK1/CIPC, ID copies of listed owners, proof of address; valid B-BBEE documentation
• All labour, materials, testing and commissioning included in the price
• Bid validity: prices valid for 60 days; bid submitted per official forms; adherence to GCC/PPPFA where applicable
