ISDG Town planning mentor services for a period of three (03) years. This is an open-tender by King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality to appoint a SACPLAN-accredited Town Planner as a mentor for ISDG candidates over 3 years (SCM No: 002/2026/27). Requirements

• SACPLAN accreditation as a Professional Town Planner; minimum 5 years’ experience as a Town Planner.
• Minimum 5 years’ mentoring experience with candidate professionals.
• CV and proof of professional registration; evidence of four suitable mentorship projects (within past 5 years) with appointment letters/purchase orders and reference letters.
• Detailed methodology and a training plan for Years 1–3; proof of ability to interact with mentees at least monthly.
• Compliance documents: Tax clearance (original TCS), CSD or SARS PIN, VAT status as applicable; B-BBEE documentation.
• Pricing: complete MBD pricing schedules; adhere to contract price terms; pricing must align with front-page bid.
• JV/consortium rules if applicable: separate JV registration, VAT, and tax status for each party.
• Insurance indemnity and performance security as per GCC/SCC.
