Overview

Necsa seeks a quotation for ISO 9001 Certification services. The RFQ PR00074240 targets ISO 9001 Certification providers (certification bodies or qualified consultants) to validate or maintain Necsa’s ISO 9001-capability under Necsa’s governance framework.

Requirements

• Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS PIN)
• Declaration of interest (SBD 4)
• B-BBEE Certificate or applicable EME affidavit
• Letter of Good Standing for COID (where applicable)
• Any other document requested in the RFQ

Evaluation criteria

• Phase 1: Functionality evaluation up to 100 points (Technical/Performance/Quality/Risk). Bidders must demonstrate an acceptable technical solution to progress.
• Phase 2: Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) 80/20: Price 80 points; Specific goals (B-BBEE) 20 points.
• Provisions: Submissions must comply with Necsa’s General Conditions of Purchase and 2022 PPPFA Regulations; failure to provide required B-BBEE evidence may affect scoring.

• Submission method: Email RFQ response to Itumeleng.mathibe@ntp.co.za (RFQ Response must be sent there).
• Documents to complete/submit: Complete quotation with all taxes included; include required certifications (Tax Clearance PIN, SBD 4, B-BBEE/EME affidavit, COID where applicable) and any other documents the RFQ requests.
• Pre-qualifications: Tax clearance; B-BBEE status; COID letter if applicable.
• Briefing session: Compulsory Site Briefing N/A.
