Overview

Jetting of sewer pipelines in Vryheid Central in Abaqulusi Municipality for a 36-month period. This tender targets service providers with sewer maintenance and high-pressure jetting capability, fleet and personnel to perform preventative, scheduled, reactive and emergency jetting across designated municipal areas (see Tender No 8/2/1/613 in the attached specification).

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration and SARS Tax Compliance (PIN or TCS) for viewable status; separate certificates for consortia/sub-contractors.
• Tax clearance certificate or PIN; for foreign bidders, compliance as applicable; provide TCS with bid.
• Valid company registration; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; certified current account or lease/rates evidence not older than 3 months.
• Certified IDs for directors/owners; COIDA letter; proof of good standing.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental: OHS policy, risk assessments, PPE, confined-space procedures, environmental controls; trained/competent personnel.
• Equipment: High-pressure jetting units, vehicle fleet, hoses/nozzles; maintenance records; fleet/vehicle compliance.
• Fully completed MBD documents (e.g., MBD 2, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 7.1, MBD 8, MBD 9); compliance with GCC and PPPFA 80/20 framework; no state-servant bidders.
• Evaluation will include quality scorecard (experience, personnel, safety, equipment, methodology).

How to Apply
