Requirements

• National Construction Authority (NCA) registration required before contract award.
• Kenya Revenue Authority tax clearance (or exemption) required.
• Not debarred from public procurement; comply with non-collusion and related provisions.
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from national suppliers (or meet TDS criteria).
• Tender security and related documentation as per the tender rules; JV agreements if a joint venture is used.
• Costs and all tender documents to be in Kenya Shillings.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 02 September 2026 at 08:00. Physical submission to the Tender Box at the entrance of the Deputy County Commissioner Kigumo Subcounty offices (Standard tender doc).
• Submission method: physical Tender Box submission (and/or as specified in the TDS); ensure sealed ORIGINAL and COPIES as required (Standard tender doc).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced Bills of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, Joint Venture Agreement if applicable, evidence of NCA registration and tax clearance, conforming technical proposal, and any other documents listed in Section IV (Standard tender doc) and the BoQ (BoQ).
