Overview

Procurement of a kitchen construction works contract (KINYONA Secondary Kitchen), a civil works project for building a kitchen facility, with bidding open to eligible contractors. Requirements

• Tender documentation: Form of Tender, priced Bill of Quantities, Tender Security or Declaration, joint venture documents if applicable, authorization to sign, qualifications, and technical conformity per ITT/Section IV.
• Other: compliance with environmental and procurement regulations; ensure currency in Kenya Shillings; adherence to evaluation rules including handling of deviations and possible standstill period.

• Submission method: physical Tender Box at the entrance of Deputy County Commissioner Kigumo Subcounty offices; see attached tender document for specifics. Electronic submission option may apply only if stated in the TDS.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, priced BoQ, Tender Security or equivalent, Joint Venture documents (if applicable), authorization, qualifications, conformity (technical proposal), and any other documents listed in the TDS.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: National Construction Authority registration; Tax Clearance; evidence of ownership/control as required; potential need for Joint Venture exemption if applicable.
