Requirements

• Open to AGPO – Women; women-owned bidders preferred. (KIPSANGUI - CHEMAMUL - KABOBO ROAD (E7146))
• Eligible tenderers must be registered with relevant Kenyan authorities; National Construction Authority registration required before contract signature; tax clearance required; not debarred; no conflicts of interest; and compliance with anti-corruption provisions. (Section I)
• Foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers/contractors. (Section I, 3.10)
• Joint ventures allowed with joint and several liability; JV exemptions may apply. (Section I, 3.1, 3.5)
